Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days from the order date — please allow some extra time in peak seasons. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offers free shipping on all orders over €39 for orders within Germany, over $45 for orders within Austria, and over $65 for orders in selected European countries* after promotions and before taxes. 

* Selected European countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

** It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause free shipping to the United States due to warehouse relocation issues. We will be back delivering to the US as soon as we can.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer standard and express shipping via our shipping partners, including DHL / Deutsche Post, Hermes. 

Deliveries within Germany

• Standard Flat-Rate Shipping : € 3.95 per order

For express and expedited shipping, we offer 2 days shipping from DHL. The shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

From an order value of € 39, we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to Austria

• Standard Flat-Rate Shipping : € 6.95 per order 

From an order value of € 45, we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to selected Europe countries

• Standard Flat-Rate Shipping : € 9.95 per order

How soon will I receive my product?

Orders within Germany

• Standard Shipping: Usually 1-3 business days  
• Expedited Shipping: 2 business days 

Orders outside Germany

• Standard Shipping: Usually 2-7 business days  

Please allow 1-2 business days handling time and exclude holidays and weekend.

Where are shipping destinations?

K Beauty World currently ships worldwide to most countries; however we do not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Nigeria, Mexico, Palestine, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment along with the tracking number.

Please Note:

We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible for potential carrier delays and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or shipping address, your order processing may cause delays or returns.

If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries. We cannot be responsible for customers entering incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

Packages returned to us due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address, and unclaimed/refused packages will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a separate re-shipping fee to have the packaged shipped to you a second time.
