Returns & Refund
K Beauty World Satisfaction Guarantee: We always hope you love our products and have the best experience.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your K Beauty World purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original method of payment or a store credit to be used toward future purchases. Hygiene and the safety of our customers is super important, so all returned items must be new, unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded, on orders that received free shipping; the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item(s).
It is important that products are kept in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packing when possible. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (if applicable) such as:
- Individual item comprising from kits or bundle such as travel kits.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Single use items such as mask packs, patches.
Please note we do not accept returns on international (non-european-union) orders. We currently accept returns on orders within european-union only.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packed and not damaged in transit!
As the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, please make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Please note that we're not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.
If we have sent you the wrong items or you received faulty or damaged products on arrival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get you a new products ASAP.
We will provide you a shipping label as well to get these products back to us. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded. If you cancel an order, we will not refund the shipping cost you incur to return item(s). Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped.
*In the case of items damaged during shipping, please save the package and email us immediately at email@example.com with photos of damaged items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward less any shipping shipping charges.
*Please note that we are currently not able to refund duties and taxes. In order to obtain a duty and tax refund, you will need to apply on your own behalf.
*Orders refused for delivery due to failure or refusal to pay VAT or duty charges are not eligible for a refund.
🔅 Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received the refund after it has been processed by us, please check with your bank or credit card issuer as they may have not posted the refund yet or are still processing it.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If there is any issue beyond this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it sorted out ASAP!
