Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (K Beauty World, Europa-Allee 155, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, hello@kbeautyworld.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
