Panthenol (Vitamin B5) helps comfort sensitive or stressed skin and supports the skin barrier against external dryness. The toner is also enriched with eight types of hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, allantoin, peptides, and adenosine to provide lasting hydration and care for uneven texture, dullness, and dehydration.
