We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal. We also plan to accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrency payments in the near future.
We offer free samples with every order —supply permitting.
Discount or promotional codes can be applied to your order during the checkout process. Please note that only one code/gift card may be used per order. If a code is entered and an error message is received, then the code may be expired or have already been used.
Please note that sitewide promo codes cannot be applied to gift cards.
You can cancel your entire order if the order hasn't been processed for shipping. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once the order processing is started.

We charge sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations. For international (non-European Union) customers, please note that we do not charge you for taxes and duties and that there may be additional charges upon receipt of your package.
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will only ship the available items and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. You can sign up to receive an email when a product is back in stock on the product page.
We'll send you emails to confirm your order and to notify you when your order has shipped. You can also find the status of a particular order on the order status tracking page in your Account info page.
Please let us know if there are any products or brands you are interested in. We will do our best to fulfil your request. As we frequently re-stock products, we may be able to bring in specific items just for you. Simply let us know at email@example.com. We may offer you a "thank you gift" for your feedback as it helps us to expand our product range!
Many Korean products have the date of manufacture written on them. It is marked accordingly:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Expiration Date
Unopened products are generally good for 2-3 years from manufacture. Once opened most products are good to be used for a year. Please refer to manufacturer's guidelines for shelf life and individual product recommendations as it may vary by product and manufacturer.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €39 for orders within Germany. Additionally, we provide free shipping for other selected European countries:
- All orders over €59: France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia
- All orders over €69: Italy, Monaco, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden
- All orders over €79: Bulgaria, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Romania
- All orders over €99: Cyprus, Greece
