When will my orders be shipped out?

We'll do our best to get your products out as soon as possible, but in general, orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only, so orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, such as peak seasons like Christmas or Valentine's Day, shipments may be delayed a few days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we believe in giving our customers the best possible shopping experience, and offering free shipping on qualifying orders is just one way we strive to make your shopping experience more enjoyable. We offer free shipping on orders to the following countries:

Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). Tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Where is my order shipping from?

We are a proud small German company! Our orders are shipped from Frankfurt, Germany! So if you are shopping within the EU zone, you do not have to worry about customs and duties!

Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to assist with any delays, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages delivered outside the estimated delivery timeframe.

Inaccurate or Incomplete Information: Orders with incorrect or incomplete payment or shipping details may be delayed or returned to us. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting your order.

Returned Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or those unclaimed or refused by the recipient, are not eligible for a refund of the shipping cost. A re-shipping fee may apply if you would like us to resend the package.

P.O. Box Deliveries: If using a P.O. Box, kindly confirm that it can accept parcel deliveries. We cannot be held liable for packages sent to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

To help ensure smooth delivery, particularly for international shipments, we may share your contact details (e.g., email or phone number) with the shipping carrier only when needed to prevent any delivery issues. If you would prefer not to have your contact details shared, please let us know via your order notes or by contacting us directly. However, opting out may impact the efficiency of your delivery.

🔸 International Shipping (Non-EU):

For orders shipped outside the EU, please be aware that packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically due once the shipment reaches its destination.

Kbeautyworld ships all international orders as "duties and taxes unpaid" (DDU), meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, or other related charges. Please consult your local customs office for more information on these fees.

We are not responsible for any customs regulations or restrictions that may apply to your order. Once your package has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure all address details are accurate at the time of purchase to avoid potential delays or delivery rejections. (DHL may offer rerouting options, such as selecting a service point or adjusting delivery time. Please refer to the carrier's tracking page for more details on available options.)
