K Beauty World Satisfaction Guarantee: We always hope you love our products and have the best experience possible.

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your K Beauty World purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. You have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or receive a store credit for future purchases.

Ensuring the hygiene and safety of our customers is a top priority for us. Therefore, any returned items must be in new, unopened condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can not be returned.

In the case of utilizing your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accompanying accessories such as samples, sheet masks, and free gifts, should be returned as part of the process.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item(s).

It is important that products are kept in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packing when possible. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (if applicable) such as:

  • Individual item comprising from kits or bundle such as travel kits.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

Please note we do not accept returns on international (non-european-union) orders. We currently accept returns on orders within european-union only.

Return Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packed and not damaged in transit.

As the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, please make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Please note that we're not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.

🔅 Exchanges

If we have sent you the wrong items or you received faulty or damaged products on arrival, please contact us at We will get you a new products ASAP.

We will provide you a shipping label as well to get these products back to us. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded. If you cancel an order, we will not refund the shipping cost you incur to return item(s). Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped.

*In the case of items damaged during shipping, please save the package and email us immediately at with photos of damaged items.

🔅 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of daysThe refund will encompass the amount you paid, accounting for any applicable discounts or rewards, and deducting any incurred shipping charges.

*Please note that we are currently not able to refund duties and taxes. In order to obtain a duty and tax refund, you will need to apply on your own behalf.

*Orders refused for delivery due to failure or refusal to pay VAT or duty charges are not eligible for a refund.

🔅 Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received the refund after it has been processed by us, please check with your bank or credit card issuer as they may have not posted the refund yet or are still processing it.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If there is any issue beyond this, please contact us at and we will get it sorted out ASAP!
