When will my orders be shipped out?
We'll do our best to get your products out as soon as possible, but in general, orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only, so orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, such as peak seasons like Christmas or Valentine's Day, shipments may be delayed a few days.

Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). Tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Where is my order shipping from?
We are a proud small German company! Our orders are shipped from Frankfurt, Germany! So if you are shopping within the EU zone, you do not have to worry about customs and duties!
We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible for potential carrier delays and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside of the estimated time frame.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or shipping address, your order processing may cause be delayed or returned.
If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries. We cannot be responsible for customers entering incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Packages returned to us due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address, and unclaimed/refused packages are not eligible for refund and may incur a separate re-shipping fee to have the packaged shipped to you a second time.
