What is the 7 Skin Method?

The 7-skin method is a Korean skincare technique that involves applying multiple layers of a hydrating toner or essence to cleansed skin.

Here's how it works: You begin by applying a lightweight toner or essence in thin layers, gently patting each layer into the skin until you've applied about seven layers ("7 skins" - in Korean, toner is referred to as "skin" ). 

Each layer is allowed to absorb completely before the next is applied, helping to deeply hydrate and plump the skin. This method is popular for increasing skin hydration, improving moisture retention and preparing the skin to better absorb subsequent skin care products.
