Orders & Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal. We also plan to accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrency payments in the near future.
We offer free samples with every order —supply permitting.
We'll send you emails to confirm your order and to notify you when your order has shipped. You can also find the status of a particular order on the order status tracking page in your Account info page.
You can cancel your entire order if the order hasn't been processed for shipping. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once the order processing is started.

VAT will be applied to orders based on the destination of the order and in accordance with tax laws and regulations. However, we currently do not charge VAT as we are still a small business.
For international (non-European Union) customers, please note that we do not charge you for taxes and duties and that there may be additional charges upon receipt of your package.
You can only use one per order – this includes our free delivery codes.
Please note that promo codes cannot be applied to gift cards.
Discount or promotional codes can be applied to your order during the checkout process. Please note that only one code/gift card may be used per order. If a code is entered and an error message is received, then the code may be expired or have already been used.
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
Please check the goods thoroughly upon receipt. Any damage / shortages / incorrect products must be reported in writing to K Beauty World at hello@kbeautyworld.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods with full details of the problem along with photographs of all packaging and contents.
If a return / refund / replacement / exchange is required, we will provide full details of this process during the email correspondence.
Products & Stock
We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products. All our products are sourced from official distributors or directly from the brand manufacturer which guarantees that you are purchasing a genuine product.
Many Korean products have the date of manufacture written on them. It is marked accordingly:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Expiration Date
Unopened products are generally good for 2-3 years from manufacture. Once opened most products are good to be used for a year. Please refer to manufacturer's guidelines for shelf life and individual product recommendations as it may vary by product and manufacturer.
If you have any questions regarding expiration dates, shelf life, usable life and such, please feel free to e-mail us and we will gladly answer these questions for you :)
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will only ship the available items and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. You can sign up to receive an email when a product is back in stock on the product page.
Please let us know if there are any products or brands you are interested in. We will do our best to fulfill your request. As we frequently re-stock products, we may be able to bring in specific items just for you. Simply let us know at hello@kbeautworld.com. We may offer you a "thank you gift" for your feedback as it helps us to expand our product range!
From time to time, brands update product descriptions on packaging, as well as formulas with updated ingredients. We do our best to reflect these changes in our store as soon as possible.
However, if you see a discrepancy between what you see on our site and the product you received, please check the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from K beauty World, we accept returns on new and unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Our orders are shipped from Frankfurt, Germany! So if you are shopping within the EU zone, you do not have to worry about customs and duties.
