What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal. We also plan to accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrency payments in the near future.
Do you include samples with orders?
We offer free samples with every order —supply permitting.
Where do I enter a promo/discount code?
Discount or promotional codes can be applied to your order during the checkout process. Please note that only one code/gift card may be used per order. If a code is entered and an error message is received, then the code may be expired or have already been used.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel your entire order if the order hasn't been processed for shipping. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once the order processing is started.

Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
For international (non-European Union) customers, please be aware that we do not charge you taxes and duties and there can be additional charges upon receiving your package.
The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. You can sign up to be notified via email when a product is back in stock on the product page.
My item(s) in my order was damaged in transit, what can be done?
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, shipping details and a picture of the damaged product and we will get a new product out to you ASAP! View our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.
How can I find the status of my order?
We'll send you emails to confirm your order and to notify you when your order has shipped. You can also find the status of a particular order on the order status tracking page in your Account info page.
I can't find products that I am looking for.
Please let us know if there is any products or brands you are interested. We will happily try our best to address your request. Since we are frequently re-stock products from Korea, we may be able to bring specific items just for you.

Why was my order cancelled?
We don't like cancelling orders; however there is a case where we will. K Beauty World was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards please create a new order using the correct billing address.

Sitewide promo codes cannot be applied to gift cards.
Is my product expired? I'm confused about the date on the product.
Many Korean products write the date of manufacture on the items. It will be marked accordingly:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Expiration Date
Unopened products are generally good for 2-3 years from manufacture. Once opened most products are good to be used for a year. Please refer to manufacturer's guidelines for shelf life and individual product recommendations as it may vary by product and manufacturer.

Do you offer free shipping?
K Beauty World currently offers free shipping on all orders over €39 for orders within Germany, over $45 for orders within Austria, and over $65 for orders in selected European countries* after promotions and before taxes. View our Shipping Policy for more information.

What is the return policy?
